It’s high time to welcome two new members of the lab:

Dr. Selma Dahmane did her PhD at the Centre de Biochimie Structurale, Montpellier (France). An expert in virus-membrane interactions and high-end microscopy, Selma will be working on cryo-electron tomography of viral replication complexes in infected cells.

Mattias Pernebrink is a student in the MSc in Molecular Biology Programme at Umeå University. As a project student in our lab, he will use fluorescence microscopy to visualise the interactions of purified viral proteins with synthetic model membranes.
